- Foot Massage & ReflexologyA classic Chinese foot session: warm soak, then firm pressure work through the soles, arches and calves. It is the treatment most guests pick after a long day of walking the city or standing at work.
- Neck, Shoulder & Back Pain MassageNeck, shoulder and back tightness — handled in the room. We first check whether your shoulders won't drop, your neck won't turn, or your lower back feels locked, then decide pressure and focus. Hands-on work is combined with gua sha and cupping where it helps.
- Deep Tissue & Chinese Tuina MassageFirm, focused work in the Chinese tuina tradition: kneading, pressing and stretching along the neck, shoulders and back to loosen knots that light massage does not reach.
- Hot Stone MassageSmooth heated stones glide along the back and shoulders, warming muscle before hands-on work. The heat lets tight areas release with less pressure than a deep tissue session.
- Facial TreatmentsA calm, thorough facial: cleanse, steam, extraction where needed, mask and massage. We tell you what your skin needs today instead of selling a course of ten.
- Cupping TherapyTraditional cups create suction on the back and shoulders to draw out tension. Often added to a tuina session when muscles feel stubbornly tight.
